Latest update	Pedley grows a silly little beard / 28th June 2008
	Just in the nick of time, it's the pedley blog update! - Not sure if the beard will make it to next Month but it's here for now - Lou has tried her best in the past to put me off growing one, saying I look like Noel Edmonds, Jeremy Beadle or more shockingly the Yorkshire Ripper! (not the look I was going for). Usually it's the itchiness that has me running for the shaver. Other news - we managed to get away for a week the middle of June to lovely Cornwall (a special thank you to Aunty Jo and Uncle Brian for letting us stay at the bungalow). Caught up with old friends Mrs P.P. and Mr PS2 (Hello!) for some drinkys - I think someone may have had a little too much to drink and was sick (I blame the hot weather and my amazing intolerance to alcohol). Weather was great, very relaxing. Did miss my computer, now safely reunited - On the work front have finished two new web projects - www.manhattanstyles.com and www.artistfolio.co.uk. Also started a new website for construction company Ellis Construction Services - (another one from the pedley flyer!). That's about all for now..... oops, almost forgot hello Colesy - I will reply to your e-mail!
	Work Work Work Work Work / 26th May 2008
	Started work on two new web projects this month, Manhattan Styles Nails Bar in Bromsgrove and Armaglaze Windows of Solihull. Work also continues on Artistfolio and DP Designs - hope to have these both up and running the beginning of June. Added new work and tabbed galleries to jamesdibiase.co.uk (Hello Mr Jim Bob!) - Check out his new beardy photographs (below). New work and Press gallery added to Artist David Downes website....exhibiting in New York - June 2008! (hopefully my cheque is in the post?). Other News - Off on hols mid June. Plans begin for the Pedley Garden - once Louise and I can agree on patio stones....Pedley Paintings - not a chance this month, even struggling to find time to make Tea! - Started very early hints to Lou that I need to get a Mac - *click here to sign the 'Pedley needs a Mac'* Petition.**
	New 24" Telly and Trouble for Pedleyonline / 30th April 2008
	'Better late than never'....it's the April Pedley Blog Update! - Been a busy old Month. Travelled back to lovely Brighton with Louise the beginning of April, it was great to see the old gang, few drinkypoos...and to sit on the pebbles! - Thanks to Ian & Jenette, Guy, Tracey and Ben for putting us up. Sadly I've had to put the driving lessons on hold at the moment, mainly because I'm absolutely rubbish (really really bad) and even my driving instructor said "some people are just not meant to drive" - I think she meant it in a nice way. Other sad news, my old Xerox monitor finally conked out last week (unfortunately this time the fault wasn't covered by the warranty) but every cloud has a silver lining and I now have a shiny new 24" one (screen..). Louise's none too pleased as she said a 22" one would have been fine. The "think of all the extra work and money I'll earn with my bigger telly" arguement fell on to deaf ears. But I did make Lou a nice birthday card (which she seems to think looks very similar to the last one!)..will have my work cut out for me to right the wrongs of the big screen. Anyways! - onto the actual work, finished the new website for Fascia Fascia, www.fasciasbromsgrove.co.uk a local Bromsgrove business (he saw my new flyer!). DP Designs' website is now up and running, but I'll save the details of that for the next update as there's not much there at the moment. Also work continues on the collaborative project with Julian SB - Artistfolio which should also be up and running early May. What about those New Pedley Paintings you ask? - coming soon! honest Bx
	Update Pedley Blog you lazy tea swilling b'stard! / 22nd March 2008
	From the internet came these lovely kind words of encouragement, an eager pedley blog watcher desperate for more! (a very rare breed indeed)...Apologies (again) for the delay between updates... For those not fortunate enough to have seen the pedley flyer - here it is in all its glory. Pleased to report that the flyer has already generated some new work - I start work this week on a new website for a local business here in Bromsgrove. More details to follow in the next update. Glad to report eastbourneandbred.co.uk is now up and running. Also commenced work on another collaborative project with designer Julian SB. Had a great result with the faulty Canon camera - it turns out the fault was common with this model of camera and they replaced it with a brand new camera - despite it being over 3 years old and out of warranty! - The pictures of the paintings will follow very shortly once I work out how to use it and get it back from Miss 'E-bay photographer' Small. Driving lesson update - reached 3rd gear! ...but progress has been slow....practicing between lessons on the Xbox has produced mixed results. Good News on the Easter Egg front - Pedley 2 : Louise 0 ....I'm making the ultimate sacrifice and scoffing her egg!
	Finished my sign and flyers! / 20th February 2008
	Is it already February!!? - Work is moving along nicely - couple of new web projects starting this month - DP Designs website for David Perry and Eastbourne and Bred (Another website for designer Julian SB.) Spent most of Jan and early Feb updating Artists on the Eastbourne Artists Open Houses website...nearly finished that one - check out www.eastbourneartists.co.uk some really good work being exhibited. Finally finished my sign to go up in the shop (I can cross that off my list of New Year Resolutions!) Also produced some web design handouts and flyers - lets hope I don't find them scattered around Bromsgrove...Driving Lessons continue, I've managed to get to 2nd gear, and use the indicators. Paintings, Paintings, Paintings - I would have some photos of the new work, but my trusty Canon IXUS conked out...I did initially blame Louise as she borrowed it for some Ebay photos...but it looks like she's in the clear. Not that I'll be letting her near the new one! - I've just been told I can't have a new one, so I mean when I get this one repaired. On a romantic note I did a little card for a special someone..... (yes, I know I should have been doing my work!) That's about all for now - more updates soon!
	New Paintings & New Year Resolutions / 14th January 2008
	First off, Happy New Year! - Our first Christmas together at the new Pedley Towers started off well, until I fell down the stairs at my parents in Essex (and no I wasn't drunk!) and I caught a horrible nasty cold. Louise pretended to have a cold only so she could eat my Lockets (I had to keep reminding her they were medicine and not tasty sweets). But glad to report all better now...(no escaping the 2008 D.I.Y. projects for me!). New Year, new resolutions - (I wonder how many of these will be carried through?) - Drink more water and less tea, learn to drive! - get painting and making music - get the website sign up in the shop, sort out my TAX, start exhibiting my paintings again. More doing and less making lists about doing....blah blah blah! Well it's almost two weeks into the new year and wait for it......New Pedley Paintings! - or should I say the start of 4 new paintings. I plan to keep a painting diary (or painting blog) recording the progress of the new work, maybe adding some videos of the work in progress (can you see what it is yet?) - Have also been busy sorting through my synthesizers, my pedley samples and soft synths to start some new music! - better go, work to do....and the kettle's boiling!
	Merry Xmas Mum! and anyone else who actually reads this! / 10th December 2007
	Been a busy old month, made the decision to move my sites over to UK hosting, and set myself up with a virtual server - just means I'll have more control and the price is fixed - US prices were creeping up. It's not been plain sailing, but despite a couple of false starts (not with my new hosts I'm quick to add!), I'm pleased to announce the new hosting is working a treat. Lovely, quick and reliable! - That's not what you could say about my driving, had my first lesson this week! - Absolute nightmare, think it's going to take a while...... Christmas tree(s) are up at Pedley Towers, Louise has done a top job, my attempt had to be dismantled and started again. Handy Print website is now up and running, still in testing phase so please be gentle! - www.handyprint.co.uk or via the piccy (left). That's about all for now, just to wish everyone a fab Christmas....hopefully be back in Brighton for a visit early in the new year. Xmas cards are on their way - you lucky people!
	Big plans in little pedleyland / 12th November 2007
	I don't think I've quite got the hang of this blog thingy - the plan was to update this every week, not once every 2 months! - Anyways. Updates there are! - Painting area is now complete (see picture to the right) Hope to start new painting(s) over the next two weeks, I say 'hope' as my life seems to be ruled by nasty decorating, which I'm pleased to advise is almost over. Two new web projects are underway, the first of which 'Handyprint' will be online this month. Computer has been misbehaving terribly despite being built by the Computer Wizard - (you know who you are!) - New computer on order this week. Louise is on at me again about learning to drive. Lessons planned for early December.
	Proposal Accepted! / 18th September 2007
	Quicky update - The Easel is down from the loft and in position! - Good NEWS, the web proposal was accepted so I'll be working on this new site over the coming 4 weeks. Hope to have this online the middle of October (more like November!?)
	The Painting Area is almost ready! / 5th September 2007
	Its been a fair old while (over 7 months) but the decorating is almost complete at Pedley Towers, I say almost, probably still another 2 good months work till everything is finished; but hoping in a few weeks I'll be able to start painting again. My new painting area is almost ready! Brush the dust of the old paint brushes, get the creative juices flowing and start making a lovely mess! - Also this month started work on a proposal for a new web project which, fingers crossed, should start middle of September. Oh and we're off on our hols!
	The pedleyblog is born / 21st August 2007
	I've had the idea of doing this for a while, the plan is I'll update this page on a regular basis, more for myself than anyone else. Help keep my life in some kind of order and help me focus some of my ideas and get some feedback on my work - a man is not an island - or something like that. But the main reason is to keep Louise off my back, as she thinks I sit around all day drinking tea....
